New Competition!
We know how much you want to attend Museum Utopias in March. Perhaps you haven't yet registered because the economic downturn has hit your wallet pretty hard. In that case, we have good news for you! In our new competition, we will be giving away another fee waiver to attend the conference! (First- and second-runner up prizes are pretty fabulous too.) All you have to do is send us an image of the overt use of 'Utopia' in say, exhibitions, architecture, advertising and/or popular culture, to show how the Utopian imagination is very much alive, and not just in museums. We will then choose the winners and like magic, you can attend our fabulous conference thanks to the generosity of our corporate sponsor, Hanwell Instruments Ltd! Send in your photos to us via email (msphdconf at gmail dot com) with the subject line "photo contest," via Twitter @msphdconf #mutopia2012, or post it on our Facebook wall. Results will be announced at the end of February. Good luck!
